Our postage rates start at just £2.99 for first class delivery!

Postage prices are reflective of those set by Royal Mail and are dependent on weight, therefore to obtain a price specific for your order, simply add the item/s you are looking to purchase to your shopping cart and once you are viewing your cart contents, click the ‘estimate shipping’ option further down the page. All you need to do is enter your postcode (or if you are overseas select your country) and the different shipping methods and price options will be available to view before you need to checkout or enter any of your details.

We offer first class, recorded and overnight express courier options (please note delivery to some parts of Scotland by courier may take additional working days).


Order by 11am and we will despatch your order the very same day. We always aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and during busy periods, within 48 hours. Royal Mail will usually deliver your order within 1-2 working days (*exceptions may apply).

You should receive notification by email that your order has been received and once it has been despatched. Please ensure our email address is added to your ‘safe list’ and not filtered by spam/junk filters.


It is essential to ensure someone will be present at the delivery address to receive the order as a signature will be needed. UK delivery times are 07:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday (unfortunately we cannot specify an exact time for delivery). It may often be convenient to specify a work or business address for delivery.

If you miss a courier delivery, a ‘You Missed Us’ card will be left with details of how you can arrange one further free re-delivery or collection from your local depot, whichever is most convenient for you. Re-deliveries can be booked online via or by calling Parcelforce customer services on 08448 00 44 66. Calls are charged at national rates, advisors are available 8.00am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm on Saturday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Sundays excluding UK Public and Bank Holidays. Parcelforce may also re-attempt delivery the following working day. Should the delivery not be completed on the second attempt, the calling card will list details of remaining options.

As our couriers are Parcelforce, they have exclusive use of the network of 11,000 Post Office branches where they may leave your parcel for collection saving you from having to visit the depot. Simply refer to the ‘You Missed Us Card’ for details of your local post office.

If Parcelforce do not receive re-delivery instructions or the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to us, for which further charges are made. All such charges are non-refundable and are required to be re-paid before any goods can be re-despatched. In order to re-despatch goods, both the return and a new delivery fee will apply.

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale notified in our despatch email, please contact us immediately. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers. Orders may be left secure (at our discretion), without a signature, if requested. However, please note, we do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur as a result.

International courier deliveries (Parcelforce Zones 4-12) are made during standard business hours, which vary from country to country. Please see for details.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries either by courier or Royal Mail or for any failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer once items have been despatched. If an incorrect address has been provided, the customer will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery. If a courier parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, this will incur a return fee (which will be the same as the original cost of shipping) which the customer is also required to pay in order to re-send goods. All shipping and return fees will be deducted from any refunds where a incorrect address has been provided.

For overseas orders, any customs charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any custom related issues/delays.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to keep to our delivery timescales or provide an item/s, we will contact you with further details. We may part ship your order so not to cause delay and send any outstanding item/s to follow at our cost if applicable. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on the site.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order without reason, with a full refund provided, as per our company terms and conditions. This includes any order from unverified or unconfirmed paypal addresses. We also reserve the right to change the requested shipping method without reason, and refund any difference in the price paid if applicable.

Royal Mail aim to deliver first class post within a couple of working days (UK). However, a small proportion may take longer and up to 15 working days before they would consider an item late. Therefore, please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. For orders sent to Europe, deliveries will usually take place within 3-5 working days but can also take up to 20 working days.
